DSPSR Benchmarks

DSPSR implements a variety of tools that facilitate optimization and instrumental design. The first of these are a set of generic FFT benchmark programs that produce tables of FFT speed measurements that can be used by dspsr to choose the optimal FFT length. Using these performance measurements, the optimal performance of dspsr may be benchmarked.
